The UI is very easy to follow. I really enjoy the screen shots when each program is switched between. It really helps for being able to make sure the employees are working on what they are supposed to be working on.

The software is extremely easy to setup on any computer and you can track or restrict all activity from any computer with internet access. The desktop summary gives you a great visual display of activity including which websites were accessed and the productivity of each employee. Then additional drill down and logs provide excellent research tools and support.

Through sharing the analytics discovered by monitoring shared machines was able to convince a department manager of ways in which his staff could better schedule their machine time and that i did not need to deploy another terminal in that department.I also highlighted a number of non-productive websites that were being visited during quieter periods he was unaware of.
