- Frankly, I had all kind of troubles with this dress: delivery took longer than 5 days, the size was off (2 sizes bigger) despite I sent my exact measurements, and on top of that I've got a huge tax charged (more than 50% cost of the dress!!!). BUT what's important under the bottom line: KMALL support was AMAZING and they made everything to compensate my troubles. I've got the dress fixed by local seamstress and in the end I've got exactly what I wanted. I felt most beautiful bride and got so many compliments I couldn't possibly feel happier.”

- “I absolutely LOVE this dress. I had this custom sized but be sure to measure correctly or by a professional because I ended up having to have it tailored. The shipping was quick and came 2 days before estimated date (took a month). The dress is well made and is heavy, which I think is a positive thing. I will definitely order here again for any future formal gowns.”

- “J'ai fait le choix de cette robe comme robe de mariée. Je l'ai prise en bleu marine car je ne souhaitais pas être en blanc... et je ne regrettes pas du tout ce choix. J'ai aussi commandé un petit boléro assorti et une écharpe pour le mettre avec l'un ou l'autre en fonction du temps. Et tout à été bien venu. J'ai commandé la robe sur mesure (ce que je recommande) pour ne pas prendre de risque et c'était parfait. La qualité du tissu et du satin est 10/10. La confection très soignée en un temps record (moins de 15 jours). Le seul point de regret sont les frais de port de taxes de douane pour la livraison par le service de transport en Belgique (pour moi = Fedex). Plus de 40 Euro (et ce en plus des frais de port déjà comptés par le site deKMALL). Ces frais sont dépendants du montant total de votre commande. Plus votre commande coûte cher, plus les frais de douane et de livraison interne sont élevés. En résumé: site super avec un large choix de robes de belle qualité mais il faut tenir compte des frais de port supplémentaires dans le prix total du produit. Ceci n'est, à mon sens, pas assez clair au moment de la commande.”

- “I ordered this bouquet for my 3 bridesmaids. Because I'm on a budget, I wanted to reduce the prices of bouquet on the day. It is perfect because it is so light + easy to grab. You might see one or two more flower heads than this picture and the size isn't too big or too small (just right). The colour of the flower heads are slightly more yellow than ivory. I love the details of ribbons + little crystals around the flower. Thank you so much for this amazing product!”

- “These pictures taken during my birthday photoshoot demonstrate the beauty of pink version of the dress, which is less popular than white and champagne as I noticed from the comments. So I wanted to create a balance here :) This dress is beautiful and a great idea for photoshoot! It is a great idea to celebrate sweet 16s and marvelous 30s with a morning spent taking fairy tale style photos. This dress made my birthday celebration morning marvelous! My measurements are 83 cm bust, 67 cm waist, 90cm hips. Size 4 is great for me, tight on waist and I feel enough space in chest for breathing, still it is tight enough for bust support. The whole dress sits on your waist and uses corset for bust support, so waist measurement is the most important. When it arrived it was packaged very well, but I ironed it a bit. Some organza leafs were a small bit torn from their basis, but could be sewn back on in 10 min. I think it is still well worth the money and my mother, who is quite picky, said it looks like a million dollar dress. I think the corset is exceptionally well made and the quality of zipper is great for holding tight fit.”
