30 Days to Cancel Purchase for Non-faulty Goods

As a modern company headquartered in Hong Kong, having a branch in Copenhagen, we abide European and Hong Kong’s ‘rules on consumer rights’.

This seven-day “cooling off” period begins on the day when you receive your purchase.
You can choose to cancel your order for any reason within this timeframe – even if you simply changed your mind.

All products, without exception, may be returned to us whatever the reason within 30 days after receiving your order. However, depending on the reason, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the shipping costs that will pay for sending the products back to us.
 
•This is for Non Quality issue return or exchange: If you want to return or exchange any item because your personal reason(You do not want it anymore or other else), We will refund or exchange. The refund and exchange will be effective as soon as we receive your return parcel.
* For refund products: We just refund the product value, do not refund the shipping costs both we ship to you or you sending the products back to us.
* For exchange products: A new parcel will be sent with free shipping, but returning shipping cost should be paid by buyer.
 
•For Quality return or exchange, you have 90 days instead of 30 days, please see our buy protection program (http://kmall360.com/article.php?id=72): If one of the products of your order is defective, broken, or damaged, or we accidentally included an incorrect product in your order, you may send it back to us in order to get a refund or an exchange within 90 days. The exchange or refund will be effective once we receive the return parcel. If you returned 100% of the order contents as original and wishes to get refund, we will refund the original shipping costs too, otherwise we will only refund the value of the product(s) you returned to us. In additional, the shipping costs you paid for sending back the products will be refund back by us, but we will only accept to do so if you sent the parcel using standard shipping(Up to USD5 of return shipping cost will be refund). Express or fast shipping will not be refund. An official invoice from the carrier must be provided in order for you to obtain the refund.
*Exchange: An new parcel will be sent to you without needing to pay any shipping cost again, we will only use regular shipping to send the replacement product to you, unless you are willing to pay for the express shipping fee, in which case you should contact our customer support.

•We will not accept any exchange or refund that product was damaged or broken artificial in your side or suffered damage anything directly or indirectly caused by you.
